Seeing how the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.harappadna.org\/2011\/06\/changes-to-1000-genomes-south-asians\/\">Indian scientific-bureaucratic complex<\/a> still seems to be retarding rapid progress in human genomics (how many people have heard of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.igvdb.res.in\/\">Indian Genome Variation Consortium<\/a>? Their blog, which is hosted on blogspot, was last updated <a href=\"http:\/\/igvbrowser.blogspot.com\/\">1 year ago<\/a>!), I think it can be argued that Zack has done more for the understanding of the population relationships of the Indian populations in the last 6 months than the Indian government has in 60 years!
